Man United fans have called for the team to liquidate Mason Mount after witnessing a dancing video of the player on TikTok.

A TikTok account cut together a video of Mason Mount dancing and included a hot song on this social network. This video is highly entertaining but not well received by the Man United fan community.

One account responded to this video: “Sell him immediately.” Another wrote: “We paid 50 million pounds to a guy who makes TikTok more than he has played minutes for Man United since he came here.” Another fan expressed his frustration: “Just when I thought I couldn’t hate our player any more…“.

The anger of the Man United fan community mainly comes from Mason Mount’s injury that won’t heal. Currently, the English midfielder is still recovering from a problem in November.

Mason Mount was recruited by MU for 50 million pounds from Chelsea in the summer of 2023. However, he has only started 4 Premier League matches since arriving at Old Trafford. Mount has been out of action since MU’s 1-0 win over Luton Town. The calf problem is preventing Mount from being able to contribute his best to Man United.

Mason Mount’s position when he is healthy is actually uncertain. Mount must compete with Bruno Fernandes as an attacking midfielder. As a central midfielder in charge of pressing, Mount has not done a good job. Therefore, even when healthy again, Mount’s position will probably still be on the bench.
